"I never in my life thought I would be leaving a review for an insurance agency. After arriving, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist, I believe her name was Cassidy. I then met Ellen, she was extremely informative on everything that I was confused about. Ellen helped me with exactly what I needed concerning insurance. My insurance agent, Ellen, was able to answer all the questions I had, without making me feel pressured to buy more expensive plans. During my visit, I felt like Ellen genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I originally thought that all insurance agency cared about was getting my money, after meeting all the nice people at Jay Jefferson’s State Farm I came to the conclusion that I was very wrong. I will most definitely continue to recommend this agency to anyone in need of an insurance agency that genuinely cares about you."

"After Geico raised my rates with a policy renewal, I decided to shop around. Jay Jefferson's office is nearby so I stopped in and met with Chelsea Ditter. I wasn't expecting much of a difference in premium prices, but Chelsea shocked me with the exact same coverage with lower deductibles for 20% of the price Geico was charging me! Needless to say, I switched to State Farm on the spot. I asked about a homeowner's bundle and Chelsea went to work, only to tell me she couldn't even come close to what I was paying due to the way homeowner's policies were written. I thanked her and went on my way. Fast forward a little over a month when I received a letter from State Farm that had a deadline that I missed. I stopped in to see Chelsea, and she recognized me and asked how I was and how my dogs were, lol. She reassured me that what was in the letter was already taken care of in the policy she wrote. Then she surprised me by saying she was just about to call me when I walked in. She had just written a homeowner's policy for one of my neighbors, and the way policies were written changed. She asked if I wanted her to check to see if she could write a homeowner's for me. After looking, there was a very modest difference in cost but by bundling, my auto policy would be reduced by $100. Now I'm a State Farm home and auto client. Not only did Chelsea take care of all my insurance needs, she still remembered who I was and what I inquired about over a month after our only meeting. Remembering non-insurance things and personal details about me sets Chelsea apart from any other agents I've worked with. Congratulations for having such a wonderful person on your staff! I'll be back when it's time to write another life insurance policy!"
