"I've dealt with Ellen at State Farm/Jay Jefferson for the past 3 years when she bundled (bundleruski) our home and auto. She has always gone above and beyond and her customer service is amazing. Unfortunately, State Farm is very high and I had the opportunity to move my auto over to another company saving myself $3300 a year. It was too good to pass up. I will check with her again in a few months since I am a big believer in loyalty. I am keeping my homeowners with them and will continue to deal with Ellen. She is the best....."

"I never in my life thought I would be leaving a review for an insurance agency. After arriving, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist, I believe her name was Cassidy. I then met Ellen, she was extremely informative on everything that I was confused about. Ellen helped me with exactly what I needed concerning insurance. My insurance agent, Ellen, was able to answer all the questions I had, without making me feel pressured to buy more expensive plans. During my visit, I felt like Ellen genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I originally thought that all insurance agency cared about was getting my money, after meeting all the nice people at Jay Jefferson’s State Farm I came to the conclusion that I was very wrong.
